Ellen Mickes is an associate at Kopon Airdo, L.L.C. She concentrates her practice in general civil litigation, tort litigation, and premises liability matters, with an emphasis on premises liability litigation. Ellen Mickes joined Kopon Airdo after graduating from law school in 2007. During law school, Ellen Mickes was an extern for the Honorable E. Richard Webber of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. She also spent summers during law school working for the Death Penalty Trial Assistance Division of the Illinois State Appellate Defender, and for a civil litigation firm in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ellen Mickes is a member of the Firm’s litigation team. She represents religious institutions, corporations, elementary schools, high schools, colleges, nursing homes, and property owners in all areas of tort litigation. She has worked on a range of cases, including premises liability, commercial matters, and personal injury suits.
