Daniel J. Lee is a member of the firm’s tort litigation team. He represents corporations, religious institutions, schools, higher education institutions, and property owners in all areas of civil litigation. In addition to his work on property subrogation, he has also worked on commercial matters, contract disputes, and personal injury suits.
Mr. Lee joined the firm in 2008 after practicing in railroad litigation and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Lee graduated Cum Laude from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Lee was a published author of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal, where he also served as an Articles Editor.
